Weakness and poor balance are actually linked more to inactivity than age, so let's get you moving! One size does not fit all when it comes to fitness, especially for those of us heading into or already basking in our golden years. The Earth & Owl streaming service offers several styles of workout for seniors including yoga and bounce which is much easier on your joints than other traditional exercises.

High Intensity

Earth & Owl offers three levels of high adrenaline "bounce" workouts that will challenge you both mentally and physically. Nikki’s rhythmic expertise will help you learn and improve your balance and bilateral coordination through the unique use of a metronome for workout sequencing. The minutes will fly by as you workout with Nikki!   


Yoga is an ancient practice that brings together mind, body and spirit by incorporating breathing exercises, meditation and poses. The pace allows opportunity for inward reflection while increasing flexibility and reducing stress. You'll find several class styles including gentle, flow and myofascial release.

Kids Classes

Kids Bounce incorporates elements of pattern & sequencing, balance, bilateral coordination, counting and rhythm while improving gross motor function through play. "Bounce" will also facilitate rhythmic expertise leading to improvement in language, self-confidence, imagination, coordination, concentration, gross and fine motor skills and communication. Earth & Owl kids classes meet the needs of a wide range of ages and abilities.
