I'm four months new to rebounding and started with you and Grandma Helen (love her!), gradually increasing my duration and intensity. Your words of encouragement have given me the incentive to move on to the next level! I feel great at 64 with so much more energy, and along with eating healthy, doing these workouts every day has helped me say goodbye to 15 lbs. so far! You make it so fun and easy and I especially appreciate the reminders about form and modifications. You are the best!

I'm 25 but very out of shape, super-inflexible, weak muscles and all sorts of tension problems due to childhood trauma. These videos are perfect for me. The intensity of the exercise doesn't scare me and I feel good and physically engaged afterwards.

I am SO glad to have found you! I’m 66 years young and getting back into rebounding after moving to Portugal with my husband. Finding TRULY beginner routines with modifications is darn near impossible - till YOU!
